Job Summary

Lead product analytics for Cash Management at Wise Platform, partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance to turn liquidity, settlement, and FX partner needs into models, KPIs, and decision frameworks. Build scalable data products, dashboards, and visualisations; run deep-dives and opportunity sizing; and support product discovery via market sizing, research, and scenario modelling to improve volume, reduce friction, and increase margin.

•Build and maintain robust models and data products that support the team’s efficiency, effectiveness, and risk appetite.
•Manage team KPIs by measuring product performance, running deep-dives, and delivering actionable recommendations.
•Create dashboards and visualisations using advanced analytics to bring product performance data to life and provide diagnostic insight.
•Conduct opportunity sizing for product initiatives to evaluate short-term and long-term impacts against KPIs and long-term vision.
•Support product discovery with market sizing, research, and scenario modelling to inform the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in payments and/or banking, with a plus if familiar with FX products and treasury or liquidity management domains.

•Comfort owning analytics end-to-end, from data transformation to delivering actionable insights.
•Commercially minded approach to translate analysis into product impact, including opportunity sizing, prioritisation, and scenario modelling.
•Experience in a high-growth B2B tech environment and working closely with product teams before.
