Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regional leadership, management, and oversight for Professional Services & IT categories in EMEA (Total ~$80m spend).
  • •Develop, align, and deploy category strategies in partnership with stakeholders, driving positive impact to annual category spend.
  • •Deliver annual cost out and working cost improvement initiatives to reduce Total Cost of Ownership for assigned categories.
  • •Define and document the Preferred Supplier List and contracts roadmap, collaborating with business units to move spend to strategic or approved suppliers.
  • •Lead and occasionally support RFP/RFQ exercises and coordinate project management until deployment is fully executed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •8–10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management.

  • •Regional experience in EMEA, especially in Europe.
  • •Experience using procurement tools such as Spend Analysis, Contracts Database, Supplier Management Systems, and sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba).
