Senior Customer Experience Manager - German Speaking

Own and maximize renewal value for Cloudflare’s largest Enterprise customers by building C-level relationships and presenting ROI to key stakeholders. Use business acumen and technical understanding to articulate business value, forecast and prioritize renewals, and negotiate/execute renewal contracts aligned to customer objectives. Drive customer engagement across the full lifecycle, maintain long-term stakeholder relationships, analyze data for opportunities, and coordinate closely with the Sales team.
