Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the definition of the offer strategy by understanding client needs and competitive context
•Develop a competitive offer with input from technical teams
•Lead reviews, prepare the technical proposal and associated quotes
•Support the sales teams to promote the solution, negotiate contractual clauses with clients, and ensure a smooth handover to project teams
•Ensure compliance with product policy and budget for bid-related expenses

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Engineer with Bac+5 or equivalent, plus 5+ years in pre-sales or bid/offers in defense systems
•Experience delivering complex, multi-partner bid structures and successful responses to calls for proposals
•Proficiency with quotation tools (e.g., QDV) and ability to produce technically sound proposals
•Comfortable in highly technological environments and willing to train on products and solutions
•Good knowledge of telecommunications (radio technology, secure connectivity, information systems) and English proficiency
