Key Responsibilities

  • •Own parts of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for cash, intercompany, fixed assets, allocations, and expenses
  • •Develop, implement, and document new accounting policies and enhance existing policies
  • •Support the financial audit process with preparation and responding to audit requests
  • •Perform monthly variance analysis, understanding financial data in business context
  • •Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and drive improvements, including automation opportunities
  • •Assist the Controller with general corporate accounting matters and ad hoc projects

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or high-growth/public company
  • •CPA or active CPA candidate preferred
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP with ability to research and communicate technical issues
  • •Experience developing scalable, efficient, controlled accounting processes
  • •Detail-oriented with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
