You will collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams in San Francisco to ensure public-company ready reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own parts of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for cash, intercompany, fixed assets, allocations, and expenses
•Develop, implement, and document new accounting policies and enhance existing policies
•Support the financial audit process with preparation and responding to audit requests
•Perform monthly variance analysis, understanding financial data in business context
•Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and drive improvements, including automation opportunities
•Assist the Controller with general corporate accounting matters and ad hoc projects

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or high-growth/public company
•CPA or active CPA candidate preferred
•Strong knowledge of US GAAP with ability to research and communicate technical issues
•Experience developing scalable, efficient, controlled accounting processes
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
