Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailing to communicate accurate Bills of Materials to Manufacturing.
  • •Review Sales/LBP orders for completeness of technical requirements and provide feedback on discrepancies.
  • •Work with internal teams (sales, LBPs, Global Industry Sales, R&D, and project management) to ensure correct form, fit, and function for BOMs.
  • •Verify product structure completeness/correctness against technical specs and ensure suitability for service.
  • •Monitor order progress, escalate issues, and provide monthly reports (e.g., unclean orders, new design requests, new part numbers, change orders, right-first-time issues).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 0-2 years overall experience.
  • •Experience in a highly mechanical/design/technology-focused role.
  • •Knowledge of SAP, Oracle Business system, JDE, and/or Microsoft (ERP systems) is mandatory.
  • •Mechanical/technical drawing interpretation with general understanding of quote-to-cash processes.
