Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on control systems hardware and application software experience for DCS/ESD/F&G (ICSS projects).
  • •Deliver technical solutions within agreed schedule and budget.
  • •Collaborate with project lead, engineering supervisor, leads, and project manager to understand specifications, RFQs, and architecture.
  • •Perform detail engineering tasks (system architecture, BOM, HMI, application development), including testing, hardware integration, FAT, commissioning, system cut-overs, and loop checking.
  • •Conduct site visit supervision for installation, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover, and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience with DCS / Safety PLC / PLC (preferably Honeywell systems) including detail engineering, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Experience with third-party systems interfaces such as Modbus TCP/RTU and OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), plus ProfiNet and Profibus.
  • •Working knowledge of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus, including advanced L2/L3 nodes (alarm, history, asset, network management).
  • •Networking knowledge including TCP/IP protocols and switch/router and domain controller configurations; virtualization of control nodes is an added advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
