Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support outbound client outreach, identify needs or opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate teams. Help strengthen Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls and risk management policies.

•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
•Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
