Job Summary

Support technical relationships with partners as part of the Customer Success team, troubleshoot partner issues, and help resolve requests by finding creative, scalable solutions. Key Requirements

•Have 1+ years of experience supporting a software product, ideally in SaaS or MIS/Software Development teams.
•Fluency in written and verbal German and English (Turkish is a plus).
•Provide timely responses and follow up systematically while maintaining a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
•Have strong debugging/troubleshooting skills; knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.
