Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities, including loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products.
  • •Work with your hands to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, including inspecting and recording daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening hardware, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Monitor and control load-out functions, operate automated scale/dump systems, and maintain quality of inventory during loading.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and promptly report safety concerns and customer issues.
