Job Summary

Lead store performance by driving revenue and sales targets while ensuring strong customer service and retail experience. Develop and maintain retail Standard Operating Procedures across stores, oversee hiring and training, and provide leadership and coaching to employees. Manage profitability metrics, operational costs, loss prevention compliance, visual merchandising execution, inventory and stock security, and contribute to new store design and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue and sales by achieving store performance metrics (units per transaction, average transaction value, sales, and conversion rate).
•Set store sales targets, guide Area Managers and Store Managers, and maximize productivity through effective resource utilization.
•Enforce company SOPs and loss prevention audit guidelines and ensure visual merchandising standards are followed across stores.
•Oversee employee development including hiring, training, annual performance evaluation, succession planning, and KPI/KRA setting for direct subordinates.
•Manage stock and projects by monitoring inventory, addressing slow/outdated stock, supporting store setup/merchandising, and participating in new store design and schedule planning.

Key Requirements

•Develop, implement, and maintain retail Standard Operating Procedures across stores to drive business results and customer satisfaction.
•Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training needs for the store, supporting efficient decision-making to enhance performance.
•Represent the brand by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
•Ensure employees follow company SOPs, policies, and loss prevention audit guidelines to maintain compliance.
•Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, including setting KPIs/KRAs and supporting technical and behavioral proficiency through learning and development initiatives.
