Key Responsibilities

  • •Create training plans and reporting for operations process paths within the Learning Management System (including 6S, cross training, and coaching).
  • •Create and conduct new hire orientation (NEO) with support from HR and business partners.
  • •Oversee, train, and certify personnel on safe equipment operation, including powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • •Oversee the Point Guards program and conduct train-the-trainer and remediation training as needed.
  • •Maintain visibility on the operations floor to identify training gaps, conduct observations, and support SOPs and One Point Lessons under direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
  • •At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising training teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • •Proven ability to lead, develop, and support training teams while driving operational excellence.
  • •College degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Fluent English (oral and written); Spanish language skills are a plus.
