Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow operating discipline policies, principles, procedures, and standards to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • •Operate and field-check process equipment, monitor process conditions and key performance metrics, and make decisions to achieve desired rates and conditions.
  • •Perform scheduled operational tasks and tasks arising from resolving unplanned events.
  • •Coordinate with shift teams and conduct effective shift relief for clear communication and handoff.
  • •Support investigations and maintenance: perform immediate response, initiate preliminary investigations, participate in root cause investigations, and complete autonomous maintenance including minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
