  • •Hire, onboard, and retain engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • •Mentor and coach the forward-deployed engineering team on AI/ML solution design, code quality, scalable architecture, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • •Drive data-driven solution development by analyzing complex datasets to inform product direction.
  • •Oversee end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into production, including continuous evaluation, monitoring, and improvement.
