Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, control, and monitor new builds, conversions, renovations, and maintenance measures at the site.
  • •Develop and maintain building infrastructure, buildings, and outdoor facilities.
  • •Solicit bids, commission, coordinate, and supervise external service providers, specialist planners, and trades.
  • •Ensure construction projects are delivered on schedule, within cost targets, and to required quality standards.
  • •Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and company internal requirements, especially work safety, environmental protection, and fire protection.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering (technical building equipment), or a comparable technical qualification.
  • •Alternative: Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister (e.g., heating & installation master, building services technician, building technician, building technology technician).
  • •Several years of professional experience in construction project management, ideally in industrial, commercial, or plant construction.
  • •Experience planning and delivering retrofit, renovation, or modernization projects in existing buildings.
