Vice President – Emiratization

Lead Emiratization strategy and program delivery across the organization, overseeing Nafis/Nafis-like initiatives, driving organic and non-organic growth of Emiratization, and ensuring alignment with government programs. Partner with TA, stakeholders, and regulators to meet targets, report progress, mitigate bottlenecks, and ensure legal compliance for UAE National workforce across 800+ employees.
