Lab Supervisor

Supervise daily inventory and material management for a customer’s laboratory operations, coordinating staffing, scheduling, and workload priorities. Lead meetings, coach performance, and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and customer requests. Drive continuous improvement using operational metrics, support vendor and logistics coordination, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance in regulated environments while developing team talent.
