Lead day-to-day operations within a Levi’s Mainline Store as an integral member of the store management team. Create an engaging customer experience, coach associates through sales training, and resolve elevated consumer concerns. Support onboarding and ongoing training across culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies. Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations, help drive sales performance targets, and supervise the team when other managers are absent.
