•Lead a team of approximately 8 Risk Engineers in Sweden and manage P&L for the unit
•Oversee Swedish activities within Zurich Resilience Solutions for Property, Construction, Marine, Cyber and Liability
•Balance management and client-facing work (account engineering, field engineering)
•Develop the technical competence of the team to meet business needs
•Drive and support the transformation of ZRS into a fee-based consulting business

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or risk management & safety engineering
•Deep understanding and experience of risk engineering or risk management
•Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
•Experience of non-life commercial insurance
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
