Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
  • •Run periodic joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
  • •Support partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and advice/coaching on lead practices.
  • •Advocate on partners’ technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues) with internal teams to drive resolution.
  • •Analyze partner service offerings and collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on technical grounding with experience in IT development and/or operations.
  • •Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
  • •Ability to articulate Datadog value and demonstrate strong business acumen and presentation skills.
  • •Hands-on experience in two or more areas including observability tools, public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/Alibaba), containerization, Dev/scripting, config management, and/or CI/CD.
  • •Track record in root-cause-analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging is preferred.
