Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the setup and implementation of new stores and shop-in-shop standard collaboration models, including managing contractors, suppliers, and external parties.
  • •Support new store setup and processes including renovation, maintenance, and IT-related matters.
  • •Create and manage project budget forecasts (with finance) and follow up on local and municipality approvals when required.
  • •Manage vendor relationships and performance, including negotiation, procurement, warranties, and vendor rebate collection.
  • •Support store development manager on installations/sign-off documentation, manage reverse logistics, store opening timelines, purchase orders via Ariba, and maintain ROP and NTP processes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree, ideally with projects management focus.
  • •7 years of experience in retail store development, construction project coordination, facilities management, or a related environment.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Exposure to procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • •Ability to read and understand construction technical drawings and basic understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
