Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor quarry/rock-sand-gravel plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects.
•Control machinery from the panelboard and ensure smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes.
•Observe gauges and machinery to uphold strict quality and safety standards.
•Keep the worksite and plant clean, organized, and safe; conduct routine maintenance and report major issues to supervisors.
•Assist with repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed, and mentor/train newer team members.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Valid driver’s license; Class A or B CDL preferred and a clean driving record.

•Valid DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain one).
