Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Supervise and support tellers and the transactional processing team to deliver professional customer service in a retail banking environment. Oversee center cash operations (cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs), manage access controls and dual control procedures, and lead operational performance and risk/compliance activities including audits. Drive client experience, assist with service requests, and cross-sell and refer to bank partners while coordinating team workflow and training.
