Job Summary

Lead and implement the end-to-end AI-assisted development experience to accelerate engineering productivity. Build infrastructure, tooling, and documentation enabling AI agents to operate in cloud-based development environments, integrate MCP servers with internal systems, and provide context and guidance for agents to navigate the codebase. Drive cross-team improvements, own developer tooling, and stay at the forefront of AI productivity trends to raise engineering velocity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve the AI-assisted development experience across the codebase, including cloud-based development environments and full test execution
•Build MCP server integrations that connect agents to internal systems like CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and Github
•Create and maintain agents.md and other guidance to ensure agents understand conventions and package structures
•Collaborate with engineers to identify root causes of agent struggles and develop tooling or docs to address them
•Serve as a PM-like leader for internal AI agents, staying abreast of AI productivity trends and driving improvements across the company

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to dive into complex backend code quickly
•Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Devin)
•Experience writing effective agent documentation or context files that improved agent output
•Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure used by other engineers
•Comfortable working across the stack including CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, internal tooling, and application code
