Job Summary

Lead project engineering efforts for Environment and Aircraft Control Systems (EACS), partnering with Program Management and cross-functional engineering teams. Own and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and cost tracking, and run weekly project reviews to surface status, open issues, and priorities. Identify risks and mitigation options, support baseline and change-control activities, and analyze performance trends to improve planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Project Engineering Lead for Environment and Aircraft Control Systems (EACS) and guide cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
•Prepare and monitor project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and cost data.
•Lead weekly project reviews to track progress, status, open issues, and upcoming priorities.
•Identify risks, barriers, and potential mitigation strategies to support execution within scope and budget.
•Support baseline creation, change control activities, CIPT issue communication, and performance trend analysis with forecasting reports.

Key Requirements

•Degree in STEM (or advanced degree in a related field) with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or minimum 3 years with an advanced degree.
•Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under the program/contract.
•Experience leading and managing multifunction engineering projects.
•Familiarity with FAA certification processes.
