Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare complex worldwide compliance workpapers and calculations (e.g., GILTI/NCTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FTC, FDII) and perform return-to-provision analysis.
  • •Own end-to-end completion of compliance forms (e.g., 1120, 5471, 8858, 8990–8992) using Corptax and support CbCR reporting.
  • •Participate in unified AETB/WWTB tie-out processes to cut prep cycle times and eliminate duplicate data collection.
  • •Support acquisition integration and M&A tax disclosures, including trial balance mapping for newly acquired entities into Salesforce’s centralized tax engine.
  • •Identify and implement automated compliance workflows using enterprise AI tools to streamline global tax return cycle workpapers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •3–6 years of corporate income tax compliance experience (public accounting firm such as Big 4/Grant Thornton/BDO or a multinational enterprise).
  • •Strong understanding of book-to-tax adjustments and tax methods of accounting.
  • •Hands-on preparation of U.S. international tax forms including 5471 and 8858, plus GILTI/Subpart F, and Form 1120 components.
  • •Working familiarity with Transfer Pricing, CbCR, PFICs, Section 163(j), and M&A tax considerations; Corptax mastery is preferred.
