Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise security platforms including Netskope, AlgoSec, OT security (Symantec), ADAudit Plus, GitLab, Silverfort, CyberArk PAM, and BeyondTrust.
  • •Manage cloud security controls such as web security policies, DLP, and secure access solutions.
  • •Implement and operate IAM and PAM controls, including privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session monitoring, vault management, and access governance.
  • •Configure and monitor adaptive authentication, MFA, privileged access monitoring, and identity threat protection; perform firewall policy analysis and compliance validation.
  • •Conduct security tool upgrades and patch management with health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning; build automation, runbooks, SOPs, and security reporting while partnering with internal teams and supporting audits.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security tools administration, IAM/PAM, or security operations.
  • •Hands-on expertise administering and supporting Netskope, AlgoSec, Symantec endpoint security for OT, ManageEngine ADAudit Plus, GitLab security, Silverfort, CyberArk PAM, and BeyondTrust Password Safe/Remote Access.
  • •Experience implementing IAM and privileged access (PAM) controls, including privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session monitoring, vault management, and access governance.
  • •Experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, and security compliance frameworks.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience in security governance, audit support, and process documentation.
