Key Responsibilities

•Contribuer à l’analyse des besoins métiers et opérationnels en interaction avec les clients et équipes projet pour cadrer les cas d’usage IA pertinents.
•Concevoir des solutions d’IA de bout en bout et les déployer dans des environnements opérationnels contraints.
•Collecter, explorer, structurer et préparer les données nécessaires au développement des modèles en garantissant leur qualité et exploitabilité.
•Concevoir, entraîner, évaluer et améliorer des modèles de Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
•Développer des applications d’IA générative, notamment autour des grands modèles de langage (LLM), avec des architectures RAG et agentiques et orchestration d’outils.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Scientist / IA engineer, ideally in an industrial/defense environment.
•Strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, machine learning and deep learning; proficiency in Python and libraries (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow).
•Experience in generative AI, LLM architectures, and exploitation of RAG and agent-based approaches; familiarity with vLLM, Ollama, and OpenAI-compatible APIs.
•Experience in data extraction, structuring and valorization using knowledge graphs or graph databases (Kuzu, Neo4j, ArangoDB).
•Programming experience in R and/or C++/Java is a plus; familiarity with full-stack development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, Go) and DevOps toolchains (Docker, Podman, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes).
