Lead and direct plant maintenance coordination on the 2nd shift, managing a team of maintenance technicians and fostering a safety-first culture. Assist the Maintenance Manager with maintenance policies and procedures, oversee preventative maintenance and equipment repairs, and quickly diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues to minimize production downtime. Ensure maintenance employees follow SQF Quality Management and GMP practices.
