Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team
•Manage internal project team, provide technical guidance on environmental design principles, analysis, and calculations
•Lead pro-active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high-quality consistent set of presentation and design documents
•Proactively check and coordinate project documents (multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.)
•Familiarity with project contractual requirements and deliver high quality deliverables in established schedule

•Bachelor’s or higher degree in a field related to building engineering, sustainability, architecture
•Minimum five-years’ experience within sustainability consulting or building engineering
•Possess minimum three green building accreditations, such as Green Mark AP, LEED AP, WELL AP (required)
•Successful track record of delivering local and international projects in the built environment
•Experience in energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, parametric modelling, life cycle carbon analysis, and ESG
