Job Summary

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and fixed asset accounting for the hospitality business, including invoice processing, vendor master maintenance, supplier reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and VAT reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close, coordinate audit schedules and documentation, review open POs and advances with SCM, and contribute to ERP implementations, system integrations, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities including supplier invoice processing, vendor master data maintenance, statement reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
•Capitalize and maintain fixed asset records, calculate depreciation, and handle transfers, disposals, and physical asset verification with audit support.
•Record, reconcile, and validate intercompany transactions and balances across group entities.
•Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate documentation and approvals, and maintain accruals and prepayments schedules.
•Support month-end and year-end close, coordinate audit schedules with required documentation, and review open purchase orders and supplier advances with SCM teams.

Key Requirements

•Finance/Commerce Graduate or MBA finance.
•4-7 years of experience in a similar finance/accounts role.
•Must have exposure to ERP environments (Oracle, SAP).
•Proficiency with MS Office and intermediate MS Excel automation.
•Knowledge of VAT compliance and fixed asset accounting processes.
