Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies, ensuring governance and best-practice adoption.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and completion reporting against budget, including managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams on delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change and ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed, supporting commission management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Proven experience in contract management (NEC3 preferred), change management, cost management, and procurement.
  • •Demonstrable experience working in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
  • •Strong commercial knowledge with the ability to provide cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and sound advice to stakeholders.
  • •Excellent and flexible skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication in a client-facing environment.
