Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize all food production equipment and machinery (e.g., production machines, tables, mats, bins, sinks, drains, and scheduled surfaces).
  • •Sanitize kitting and packing equipment and surfaces.
  • •Operate the dish-machine as needed.
  • •Restock PPE (hairnets, beard nets, gloves, face masks, sleeve guards) and assist with inventory of linens/uniforms.
  • •Document work duties with work logs, follow the master schedule, and perform other tasks as directed by supervisors/managers.
