Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain all necessary records, files, and databases accurately and updated on time.
  • •Create new items and purchase orders; manage cost and retail price changes, seasonal order entry, and order overviews/summaries.
  • •Validate order confirmations against invoices and orders; ensure product hierarchy and product data accuracy and consistency.
  • •Manage shipments and logistical processing, including delivery schedules, PO shipment trackers, weekly shipped reporting, and escalations of delays/deviances.
  • •Handle return to vendor (RTV) requests and coordinate with suppliers, buyers, planners, and finance (e.g., letters of credit details).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of buying merchandise/planning experience in fashion/luxury retail.
  • •Strong understanding of merchandising financials and numeracy with analytical skills.
  • •Advanced computer skills in Excel and MS Office.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
