•Manage floor across one or more of the four product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
•Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
•Support Managers in daily activities, contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
