Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assignments to build professional construction management knowledge and capabilities under experienced staff
  • •Support project managers, superintendents, project engineers, and other team members with day-to-day construction management and field activities
  • •Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities and support field teams with conformance to project plans, specifications, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • •Review project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, project logs, daily reports, and other construction records
  • •Support project planning by monitoring schedules, work sequences, manpower, material deliveries, and equipment requirements and help prepare reports and logs

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, and/or a similar discipline and have completed at least 1 year of study
  • •Recently graduated bachelor’s students are eligible if they plan to continue with a master’s degree
  • •Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion
  • •Ability to learn new technologies and concepts
  • •Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication/interpersonal skills
