Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee technically complex well design and process implementation for well proposals, Well Basis of Design, and Well Operation Programs.
  • •Assure technical integrity of Well Operations planning and execution, including creation and approval of AFE and cost control.
  • •Coordinate well work execution by planning, logistics, supervision, and documentation; recommend services, materials, fluid systems, and techniques.
  • •Ensure HSSE and Sustainable Development are integrated in completion and well intervention procedures, including risk assessments and compliance.
  • •Supervise and mentor less experienced team members; manage supervision teams for cost/time tracking and champion performance improvement and new technology adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in STEM, with preference for Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •8+ years of well services experience.
  • •Well Control Certificate (must have).
  • •Well supervisory experience and exposure to multi-discipline operations (preferred).
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the discipline or in an oil & gas operations environment (preferred experience).
