  • •Build and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for existing customer relationships.
  • •Lead strategy for client expansion, selling across Twilio’s product portfolio to grow and expand accounts.
  • •Coach the team on how to engage effectively across different customer maturity levels and segmentation.
  • •Partner with extended teams (including Professional Services, Marketing, Technical Specialists, Product & Partner teams) to help customers launch new use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of managerial experience in a high-performing CPaaS, communications, or API-based company, preferably with consumption-based revenue models.
  • •Proven experience building teams and running monthly forecasting, owning territory planning, and tracking revenue for strategic accounts.
  • •Experience managing a remote team across different countries.
  • •Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business KPIs.
  • •BA/BS degree (or equivalent) and strong written/verbal communication skills in English, plus an additional language between French, Spanish, or Hebrew.
