Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop merchandise plans for categories using historical trends, sales performance, and future outlooks from the brand team.
  • •Analyze stock weeks, sales blend, and inventory by grade to support allocation decisions and store-level balancing.
  • •Manage in-season stock analysis, balancing, markdown management, and stock vs. sales performance reviews.
  • •Plan merchandise mix, execute initial allocations, and manage reserves based on pre-distribution plans and seasonal size run books.
  • •Monitor competitor product lines and ensure stock ageing compliance, sales forecasting accuracy, and replenishments/inter-store transfers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar fashion/lifestyle merchandising role.
  • •Proficient in inventory management systems, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong understanding of product strategy, vendor coordination, range development, and trend analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or a related field (preferred).
