Key Responsibilities

•Lead the quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740, including effective tax rate, deferred taxes, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
•Prepare and review public-filings ready tax footnotes and disclosures, and reconcile return-to-provision differences across tax accounts.
•Oversee U.S. federal, state, international income tax, and indirect tax compliance, managing external tax providers and global advisors.
•Own SOX internal controls over tax reporting and lead responses to IRS and state/local tax authority examinations and information requests.
•Partner with FP&A and Treasury to forecast cash taxes and model tax impact of strategic business decisions; oversee and streamline indirect tax compliance processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 279,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of tax experience in a Big 4 firm or large multinational corporate tax department, owning technical work end to end.
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
•Hands-on experience running ASC 740 income tax provisions end to end, including effective tax rate, deferred taxes, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
•Experience preparing tax disclosures included in filed 10-K or 10-Q and withstanding external audit review.
•Led tax authority examinations (IRS or state/local) from first information request through resolution and managed SOX controls over tax reporting.
