Key Responsibilities

•Lead SRE initiatives for Java-based microservices and monolithic applications supporting airline operations and Passenger Service Systems (PSS).
•Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets to establish and improve system reliability; facilitate RCA for complex production incidents.
•Drive architecture and performance/scalability improvements, including resilience, availability, and operational efficiency through techniques like caching and distributed system design.
•Own CI/CD pipeline standards, GitOps practices, infrastructure automation strategy, and on-call escalation framework; run post-incident reviews.
•Set containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, evaluate new reliability tools, and report SLA/SLO performance and incident trends to management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
•Fluent English and strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with troubleshooting of complex production issues.
•6–8 years of experience in software engineering, SRE, or production support for Java applications.
•Hands-on experience designing and supporting microservices and monolithic application architectures.
•Mandatory hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and production deployment.
