Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SRE initiatives for Java-based microservices and monolithic applications supporting airline operations and Passenger Service Systems (PSS).
  • •Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets to establish and improve system reliability; facilitate RCA for complex production incidents.
  • •Drive architecture and performance/scalability improvements, including resilience, availability, and operational efficiency through techniques like caching and distributed system design.
  • •Own CI/CD pipeline standards, GitOps practices, infrastructure automation strategy, and on-call escalation framework; run post-incident reviews.
  • •Set containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, evaluate new reliability tools, and report SLA/SLO performance and incident trends to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • •Fluent English and strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with troubleshooting of complex production issues.
  • •6–8 years of experience in software engineering, SRE, or production support for Java applications.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and supporting microservices and monolithic application architectures.
  • •Mandatory hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and production deployment.
