Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-create forward-looking supply chain and footprint strategies with a project team.
  • •Optimize organizational structures for clients.
  • •Support clients through post-merger integration processes.
  • •Help implement essential cost-reduction programs.
  • •Work on Operations projects spanning areas such as innovation, R&D, procurement, production/Industry 4.0, logistics, service, digital process transformation, and sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent degree from a university or an international business school.
  • •Relevant consulting and/or industry experience in the Operations area.
  • •Analytical skills with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • •International experience plus very good German and English skills.
  • •Strong interest in innovative, AI-based solutions and the ability to apply new technologies and data competence to complex problems.
