Job Summary

Deliver a safe, reliable, customer-focused station environment as the visible face of the Dubai Metro. Monitor station operations, manage passenger movement and overcrowding, handle fare gate direction, and support ticket sales and train service inquiries. Lead audio/visual passenger messaging, respond to emergencies and evacuations, provide assistance including People of Determination support, and ensure compliance with station procedures, safety guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and maintain station operational status to ensure safety and passenger comfort within station premises.
•Carry out controlled/uncontrolled/emergency evacuation of passengers and enforce safety procedures.
•Control and mitigate overcrowding in stations and on platforms to manage passenger flows orderly.
•Provide ticket sales and train service information while responding to passenger enquiries and handling customer issues tactfully.
•Manage passenger movements during closures, special events, and busy periods; perform shift/emergency duties as required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline team delivering customer services in a metro station (or equivalent).
•Experience and understanding of dealing with customers and using conflict resolution techniques.
•Good communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Basic understanding of station operations and associated activities.
•Good literacy and numeracy skills; ideally a degree holder or higher diploma in a related discipline.
