Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Ergonomics Center of Excellence (eCoE) strategy for Dell and Alienware display and peripheral categories, driving global risk reduction and design optimization initiatives.
  • •Define multi-year ergonomics goals and benchmarks, anticipating emerging user needs, workplace trends, hybrid work evolution, and gaming performance demands.
  • •Plan, lead, and execute large-scale multi-method research programs and use advanced biomechanical modeling and computational ergonomics frameworks to develop engineering controls.
  • •Validate and assess product designs using digital human modeling software (e.g., 3DSSPP, Siemens Process Simulate Human, Santos, Jack) and ergonomic evaluation methodologies (RULA, REBA, OCRA).
  • •Establish global ergonomic guidelines and standards, maintain an ergonomics knowledge base, mentor teams, and manage program results/ROI via dashboards and AI-enhanced analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (required) in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or a closely related field with strong physical ergonomics/occupational biomechanics focus.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in industrial/product ergonomics or human factors, with demonstrated focus on productivity through design.
  • •10+ years of cross-functional experience working with technical and non-technical teams, including global program/project management.
  • •Proven track record leading ergonomics strategy and improvement initiatives for consumer electronics, display, or peripheral hardware products (gaming peripherals is a plus).
  • •Experience leading and building Ergonomics Centers of Excellence or equivalent enterprise-wide programs; demonstrate ability to analyze and communicate results to senior leadership.
