Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, U.S. GAAP, statutory requirements, and customer contract accounting and engagement.
  • •Provide guidance and approval for significant project cost adjustments, including timely EAC adjustments, revenue accruals, and policy waivers.
  • •Contribute to project risk management by identifying financial and operational risks and driving timely actions with project and finance teams.
  • •Maintain SOX compliance and ensure internal controls operate effectively by identifying deficiencies and overseeing corrective action plans.
  • •Support monthly/quarterly close, review unbilled receivables and advances, and assist with internal/external audits and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of accounting, controllership, audit, or finance experience, including technical accounting, revenue recognition, project accounting, and business controls.
  • •Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • •Strong technical accounting research and documentation experience.
  • •Experience using SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP and reporting tools.
  • •Experience leading business process development and implementing financial process improvements.
