Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign work tasks to associates and prioritize to achieve distribution center goals.
  • •Communicate daily work goals and coordinate against the defined action plan.
  • •Monitor associate performance, provide feedback, and train associates using the “Preferred Methods and Procedures” manual.
  • •Operate and maintain WMS systems; track and monitor work activities and balance inventory.
  • •Follow company/state/OSHA safety and loss prevention policies, report safety violations, and maintain attendance and flexible scheduling.

Key Requirements
