Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall compensation framework and implementation of ASOS’s reward philosophy across the business.
  • •Design new remuneration strategies, programs, and practices, including reward frameworks.
  • •Manage annual and cyclical compensation review processes for all ASOS employees.
  • •Perform job evaluation and benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson methodologies and partner on salary recommendations.
  • •Support the Senior Reward Analyst and help drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in non-executive compensation practices for fixed pay and variable pay.
  • •Strong commercial, numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills for interpreting compensation data.
  • •Proven communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • •Advanced Excel capability and familiarity with HR Analytics/reporting; UK Payroll and HR/Reward business partnering knowledge is a plus.
  • •Experience using HR information systems (Workday desirable) and the ability to project manage process improvements.
