Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global network engineering teams, managing both full-time employees and third-party vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery for Datadog offices worldwide.
  • •Oversee the design, deployment and scaling of office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi (Cisco Meraki) and edge networking devices (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and others), ensuring these services operate according to Datadog's defined service level objectives.
  • •Define and implement standards, policies, and processes for network infrastructure to ensure security, reliability and scalability.
  • •Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workplace teams to align network services with broader IT and business objectives.
  • •Develop and track operational metrics for service availability, network performance, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
