Job Summary

Design and build scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT solutions, and modern analytics platforms using Microsoft Fabric. Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models to enable secure, high-quality insights across batch and near real-time use cases. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions, optimize performance and reliability, apply RLS and access controls, and troubleshoot data and Power BI issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric
•Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and store data from multiple sources
•Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data visualizations
•Translate business requirements into analytics and reporting solutions, working with architects, analysts, and stakeholders
•Ensure data security, privacy, Row-Level Security (RLS), and access control requirements; troubleshoot data pipeline and Power BI performance issues

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or data-focused engineering roles
•Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse) and analytics workloads
•Hands-on Power BI development, including dashboards, reports, data modeling, DAX, and semantic models
•Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data platforms
•Experience developing ETL/ELT data pipelines and orchestration across structured and large-scale datasets
