Key Responsibilities

  • •Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via email and in accordance with local standards.
  • •Opt members for checkride testing in the appropriate timeframe as they enter the six months prior to checkride expiration.
  • •Review student evaluations and report evaluation trends monthly (or per local procedures).
  • •Coordinate with the Stan/Eval officer to review and update student/permanent party records and related folders for assigned aircraft.
  • •Issue, inventory, maintain, and upkeep squadron-issued devices and equipment for the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) as directed by MAJCOM/WG directives.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain a Secret clearance.
  • •2+ years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian).
  • •2+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate computer based training and integrated management system (TIMS, GTIMS and/or PEX).
  • •Experience using SharePoint websites and communities of practice; Microsoft Access is highly desired.
